Director of Project Controls
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. Do not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Position Scope: description of role, responsibilities, etc. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The posting includes "Position Scope" then details. Then "Location & Travel". Then "Company Overview". Then "Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities". Then "Education and Work Experience". Then "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities". Then "Why Join Us?" includes benefits list. Then some EEO etc which we need to remove.
We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections to include.
We have:
- About the role: could be Position Scope + Company Overview maybe.
- Responsibilities: Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Education and Work Experience.
- Qualifications: maybe Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities? Or Skills.
- Skills: maybe Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
- Benefits: Why Join Us? list.
- Pay: Not explicitly stated; only "Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase". That is a statement about pay but not a specific number. The instruction says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Does "Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase" count as stating pay? It's vague but it's a statement about pay. However they said avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "Competitive pay" is similar to vague. Probably we should not create a Pay section because it's not specific. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So we should not create Pay section if content is just "Competitive pay...". So omit Pay.
- Schedule: Not mentioned besides travel. No schedule details. So omit Schedule.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (or Skills), Benefits.
We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We can combine Qualifications and Skills maybe. But we have both Education and Work Experience (requirements) and Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (skills). So we can have Requirements (Education and Work Experience) and Skills (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities). Or we could have Qualifications for Education and Work Experience, and Skills for KSA. But the instruction says use headings from list; we can choose.
Thus:
About the role
-> combine Position Scope + Company Overview (maybe also Location & Travel? Location & Travel is not a heading but we can include as prose under About the role). Should we include Location & Travel? It's substantive info. We'll include as a paragraph.
Responsibilities
-> Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (list). We'll output as - each duty.
Requirements
-> Education and Work Experience (list). We'll output as - .
Skills
-> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (list). We'll output as - .
Benefits
-> Why Join Us? list (benefits). We'll output as - .
We must remove duplicated lines: there is a duplicated line "Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety..." appears twice in Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. We should include only once.
Also remove boilerplate: EEO, accessibility, etc. Also remove "Position may be subject to pre-employment screening..." etc. Also remove "Accessibility: If you need accommodation..." etc. Also remove "PACK Power, LLC. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer." etc. Also remove "#PACKPower". Also remove "Position may be subject to pre-employment screening..." etc.
Also remove "Location & Travel:" maybe we keep as prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the location/travel statement: "This position is eligible to be remote, located anywhere in the U.S. Travel to company offices and project sites is required based on business needs."
Also include company overview paragraph.
Now we need to format.
We'll produce:
