About Us

All Seniors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the quality of life for older adults across Los Angeles County. we provide medical care, in-home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status.

Role Overview

As Director of Programs, you will lead the strategy and operations of our non-clinical programs including community outreach, volunteer services, caregiver support, education, and bilingual advocacy. You will manage program managers, develop new initiatives, and ensure programs meet outcome and funding goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across 8+ program areas including outreach, advocacy, caregiver support, and education
  • Supervise program managers and ensure each team meets outcome goals
  • Develop new program initiatives in response to community needs and funder interests
  • Lead program evaluation, outcome measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with the Development team on grant strategy and reporting
  • Represent ASF at community meetings, conferences, and policy forums

Qualifications

  • Master's in public health, nonprofit management, social work, or related field
  • 7+ years program management experience including 3+ years supervising program managers
  • Senior services, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership background
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and people-leadership skills
  • Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting
