About the role

The Site Director of Program Management provides overall leadership and direction to the site program management organization. This individual works in a business leadership role to ensure program quality, on-time delivery, and customer service requirements are met. Serve as the second level of escalation for program-critical issues and act as a senior-level interface with business development in managing new products and supporting their development with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the site senior program management representative.
  • Act as the second level of escalation for program-critical issues.
  • Participate as a member of site senior staff in a leadership role.
  • Interface with business development in the management of new products and support their development with customers.
  • Lead regular program meetings to address progress and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide site incremental sales forecast data.
  • Directly supervise the Manager of Program Management and/or program management staff.
  • Train and develop new and existing team members per the Program Management Training Curriculum.
  • Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCore’s various Quality Management Systems, including quality, environment, health, safety, and security.
  • Support all corporate and site 6S objectives.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of proven program management experience.
  • 5+ years of direct management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple skilled direct reports.
  • High level of general business acumen and strong business management ability, including P&L responsibility.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally, both within the company and with external companies/customers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the industry.
