Director of Professional and Continuing Education

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide vision for all professional and continuing education activities
• Develop and build new processes to grow the PCE business
• Collaborate with academic units and external stakeholders to nurture course offerings
• Cultivate an entrepreneurial culture within the PCE team
• Develop and manage partnerships with institutional and industry leaders
• Train and coach the team on developing new course proposals
• Represent Ohio State Online to internal and external constituencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, 10+ years in relevant fields
• Experience in higher education, strategic initiatives, or organizational change
• Leadership in nontraditional education or non-credit learning environments is crucial
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and business development expertise needed
• Master's degree preferred, with 12+ years of experience ideal

Pay

$90,000 – $120,000 annually
