Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for continuing education and workforce development aligned with healthcare trends
- Design and manage programs such as courses and certifications based on community and industry needs
- Launch a minimum of 20 new programs annually to meet market opportunities
- Maintain program accreditation status and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations and community groups to enhance program reach
- Oversee day-to-day operations of continuing education programs to meet enrollment and quality objectives
- Lead marketing initiatives to promote educational offerings and engage prospective participants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, education, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuing education, professional development, or workforce development in healthcare or higher education
- Experience in an academic medical center or health sciences college environment
- Demonstrated expertise in joint accreditation processes and interprofessional continuing education standards
- Professional certification in continuing education (CCMEP or similar) is preferred

Pay
- $79,050 – $111,596 annually
