About the role

The Director of Production, Live Production oversees all aspects of live event production, ensuring high-quality events are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in event production, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of live events, including coordination with vendors and staff.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding across all events.
• Manage team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event production, preferably in live entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

Schedule
