  • Analyze and report on PCP quality performance (DPPM): Provide actionable insights through regular reporting on customer returns, identifying trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with Quality teams (including customer QA): Serve as a liaison to external customer quality assurance teams (CQE, factory quality) to ensure alignment and timely support.
  • Assess organization training needs and leverage the Renesas Quality Team to improve product group skillsets in root cause analysis, developing corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Implement customer-specific quality requirements: Ensure customer-specific standards are incorporated and rigorously followed during design, development, samples, and production processes, promoting accountability, consistency, and reliability. Ensure compliance with Renesas business processes and internal/external audit readiness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (internal to BD and enterprise foundation teams) to resolve critical quality issues: Coordinate and drive rapid, structured problem-solving efforts involving engineering, production, and supply chain teams to quickly resolve quality concerns.
  • Ensure or define standards compliance for AI datacenter products: Clearly define customer-level requirements as needed for the adoption of regulatory, industry, and customer requirements in product definition and performance.
  • Serve as a representative on external standards committees relevant to PCP products.

Qualifications
