Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead our efforts in defining OX's market position, telling our product story, and enabling our global go-to-market organization to succeed. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires strong strategic thinking, storytelling skills, and a passion for cybersecurity, AI, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate OX's unique value proposition and market positioning
  • Create compelling product narratives and messaging for all stakeholders
  • Develop and execute competitive strategies to differentiate OX from competitors
  • Plan and manage product launches to maximize market impact
  • Enable the sales team with comprehensive sales collateral and training materials
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product features and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or AI space
  • Experience in defining and executing product marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience with product launches and go-to-market campaigns

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field
  • Experience in defining and executing product marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape

  • $120,000 - $150,000 annually
