About the role

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to scale our early traction into a world-class marketing engine. The ideal candidate will own and evolve our messaging and positioning, build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership and category creation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our messaging and positioning to clearly communicate Rillet's value to finance and accounting teams.
  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales to create compelling content and collateral that supports every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Test and scale programs across digital, email, paid, events, and content — prioritizing what works.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership and category creation.
  • Build the foundation for a modern, metrics-driven marketing function — including tooling, reporting, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing at top-tier companies, ideally with more recent experience at AI companies.
  • Track record of increasing scope and seniority — for example, someone who built their foundation at a company like Harvey or Baseten and is ready to own a function at a higher level.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a knack for translating complex ideas into clear messages.
  • Experience across brand, product marketing, demand gen, and content (you've likely worn many hats).
  • Excitement about building from 0 to 1 and owning outcomes — not just activities.
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to finance and accounting teams or working in fintech.
  • Willingness to travel a few times a year for offsites, events, and team gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to relocate to either our NYC or San Francisco office.
  • Required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day.
  • Additional in-office time may be required based on function.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.

Benefits

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Backed by world-class investors, we offer strong salaries plus equity so you share in our success.
  • Health and dental insurance with premiums partially or fully covered for you, plus 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Flexible PTO and 9 company-wide holidays.
  • Remote and hybrid work options.
  • Team offsites in incredible locations.

Pay

Competitive salary and equity package.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Additional in-office time may be required based on function.
