Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior product marketers.

  • Own the company-wide product positioning and messaging architecture.

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

  • Manage the analyst relations (AR) program end-to-end.

  • Translate complex technical capabilities into evidence-led value-based storytelling.

  • Manage PMM program budgets and OKR accountability.

  • Operate within Pindrop's agile pod model.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including 3 years managing and developing a PMM team.

  • Proven ownership of an analyst relations program with Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.

  • Direct GTM experience with AI, security, authentication, voice biometrics, or contact center solutions.

  • Rigorous about metrics: pipeline contribution, analyst positioning, sales enablement adoption, and win rates.

  • Executive communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual presentation to C-suite buyers, board members, and industry analysts.

  • Experience operating in an agile, pod-based, or sprint-driven marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in AI and security technology.

  • Experience building positioning and messaging architectures.

  • Background in FSI, healthcare, or other regulated vertical markets.

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, CRM, and marketing automation.

  • MBA or technical master's degree.
