The Director of Product Marketing role is crucial as our product footprint expands across multiple workflows, pricing tiers, and customer segments. We need a senior leader to take ownership of product marketing end-to-end, ensuring clarity, rigor, and measurable impact as we scale.
What You'll Do
Lead and Scale Product Marketing
Manage, mentor, and grow the PMM team; set strategy and operating rhythm
Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, CS, RevOps, and Marketing
Shape Product Strategy and Roadmap
Use customer, market, and competitive signals to influence roadmap and priorities
Bridge external market dynamics and internal product decisions
Own Positioning and Narrative
Define differentiated messaging across product lines, segments, and channels
Tie product positioning into the broader Legal AI category narrative
Run Go-to-Market
Build cross-functional launch plans with repeatable frameworks and go/no-go recommendations
Own ICPs, value props, segment messaging, and in-product messaging strategy
Own Pricing and Packaging
Leverage research, usage data, and competitive insight to guide decisions
Sales and CS Enablement
Deliver talk tracks, decks, competitive briefs, and training programs
Partner with Sales leadership on deal strategy and positioning
Customer, Market, and Competitive Intelligence
Run structured customer insight and win/loss programs
Turn findings into actionable GTM, pricing, and deal strategy adjustments
Category Leadership
Lead analyst engagement, competitive positioning, and external thought leadership
Revenue-Driving Content
Oversee case studies, ROI stories, and full-funnel proof points with Brand and Demand Gen
Measure and Optimize
Define PMM metrics tied to revenue, adoption, and win rate; use data to refine strategy continuously
Build the PMM Team and Operating System
Define org structure, hire and coach PMMs, and establish scalable systems and processes
What You Bring
10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally selling to lawyers
Strong background in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy
Proven ability to develop clear, differentiated messaging in complex markets
Strong partnership instincts with Product, Sales, and CS
Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills
Hands-on and strategic, with a bias toward action and accountability
High-growth, start-up experience

Location Policy
This is a remote role unless you fall within the following parameters. If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
