About the Role

We are hiring for a Director of Product Management to join MDLinx, an M3 company. MDLinx is transforming its business and product line-up from endemic to an omnichannel engagement model, aiming to fulfill the promise of true omnichannel pharmaceutical brand promotion—delivering the "right message to the right physician at the right time on the right channel." Our goal is to provide pharmaceutical brands with best-in-class personalized HCP engagement programs across the wider media ecosystem, designed to accelerate disease state and brand knowledge penetration, lead generation, and customer conversion. We aim to shift from message delivery to belief engineering through an omnichannel approach.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Planning & Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive, market trend, technology, and business model analyses to inform both short- and long-term product strategy; synthesize findings into actionable roadmap inputs. Translate audience behavior data, content engagement patterns, and qualitative feedback into a living product framework that drives roadmap and development priorities.
  • Endemic Product Ownership (Physician Audience Experience): Own the physician-facing product surfaces end-to-end: the MDLinx destination, the mobile app, and the engagement products physicians use. Run a continuous experience experimentation calendar across information architecture, layout, recommendations, and onboarding. Maintain a test backlog with hypothesis, design, result, and decision.
  • Commercial Product Development (Pharma Brand Engagement): Own the roadmap for MDLinx commercial engagement products. Partner with Sales to translate pharma client needs into product features that serve the physician audience and drive commercial revenue.
  • Go-to-Market & Product Launch: Lead product release and go-to-market launch activities: define launch strategy, messaging, success metrics, and accountability across functions for effective product adoption. Track post-launch adoption and engagement metrics; drive rapid iteration based on real-world performance.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Facilitate strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services to drive product development from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance. Own the cross-channel experience and cohesion.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Product, Design, or a related field required. Advanced certification in product management, UX, or AI/ML is a plus. Participation in M3's AI training and upskilling is an expectation.
  • Experience:
    • 7 to 10 years in product management, shipping sophisticated digital products to a demanding professional audience. Experience in premium media, publishing, subscription, or digital health is preferred. Healthcare experience is valued but not required.
    • Demonstrated track record of owning both audience-growth and commercial-client lines simultaneously.
    • Has shipped with engineers directly: technically credible enough to read code, engage on architecture trade-offs, and write a spec engineering can start from the same day.
    • Daily working fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent); has shipped or contributed to AI-driven product features, including personalization, recommendation, or content discovery.
    • Experience with agile delivery as a practitioner and team leader, not as a process manager.
    • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Snowflake, Tableau, Hotjar, or similar).
    • Experience with content or media product stacks, including CMS and ESP/CDP, and personalization or recommendation surfaces preferred.

  • Health and Dental Insurance
  • Life, Accident, and Disability Insurance
