For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Director of Product Management – AI to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
About the role
This position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment. Location: Remote – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for Operations AI Stack
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI tools
- Determine priorities on product development and identify key market opportunities
- Lead strategic discussions with retailers and CPG brands at the executive level
- Utilize customer insights to drive next product offerings
- Partner with Engineering to ensure AI product reliability and accuracy
- Guide go-to-market strategy, including product positioning and early sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 9-12+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in B2B SaaS products, ideally AI or data products
- Direct experience at seed or Series A stage with high ownership
- Proven ability to engage in strategy, product development, and customer relations
- Strong executive presence to converse with C-suite stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle

Pay
$200,000 – $225,000 annually
