About the role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Define banking product vision and evolve multi-quarter strategy tied to business outcomes
- Prioritize and sequence product roadmap execution across teams to ensure timely delivery
- Translate complex, ambiguous challenges into clear product requirements independently
- Contribute directly by writing PRDs, specs, and user stories, ensuring detailed attention to quality
- Establish product processes and standards to enable scaling without losing rigor
- Mentor and develop global product managers to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate across functions to ensure compliant and high-quality banking products
Qualifications
- 12-18 years of relevant product management experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in banking and/or payments with proven experience in shipping financial products
- Direct experience across domains like onboarding, transaction processing, treasury solutions, and card issuance
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and risk controls in payment products
- Hands-on operator who writes PRDs and user stories

Pay
$230,000 – $260,000 annually
