Director of Product

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of product managers
• Develop inspiring product visions and strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Collaborate across functions to define product vision and strategy
• Implement a unified, iterative product development process
• Ensure roadmaps prioritize customer needs and innovation
• Conduct pricing and value analysis to maximize competitiveness
• Communicate product strategies and plans with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in autonomy, robotics, or product commercialization
• BA/BS degree or equivalent education
• Experience in Automotive, Transportation, SaaS, or AI sectors preferred
• Direct operational knowledge in ride-hail services and last-mile logistics
• Solid experience launching and managing complete product life cycles
• Experience leading and developing product and engineering teams
• Proven success in start-up environments with resource constraints

Pay

$160,000 – $230,000 annually
