MarketingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes General Summary, Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required, Physical Demands, Why FairSquare? Also includes Department, Exempt, Base Salary Range, Bonus, Hybrid Schedule, Position Location, etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: About the role (maybe General Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required), Benefits (maybe from Base Salary Range, Bonus, 401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, growth opportunity), Pay (Base Salary Range, Bonus), Schedule (Hybrid Schedule 2-3-days onsite/2-3 days remote, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30), Location (Position Location). Also maybe "Qualifications" but we have Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required. Use

for each section heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive info. We need to preserve all substantive info: Department: Product, Customer Division Exempt, Base Salary Range: $139K-190K plus Bonus. Position eligible for additional incentives including Bonus, 401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, growth opportunity and more!! Hybrid Schedule 2-3-days onsite/2-3 days remote, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 Position Location: Position can work from one of our offices in: San Diego, CA (La Jolla/UTC), Irvine, CA, Atlanta, GA (near Truist Park), or Orlando, FL (Maitland area). Or, we may possibly consider remote candidates, however, we can only hire employees in these (16) US states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. General Summary: Responsible for leading the evolution of FairSquare’s SMB financing ecosystem across multiple brands and platforms. Define and drive strategy for one or more major growth domains that accelerate business performance, strengthen borrower trust, and create scalable value. You keep a pulse on where AI is headed, tracking new models, emerging tools, and fresh research, and translate that into a point of view on what it means for SMB financing products. Partner closely with the VP of Product Development to shape how the Company makes product decisions: embedding impact-driven frameworks, clarifying priorities, and elevating how Product influences company strategy. This role requires system-level thinking — understanding the logical and organizational interconnections that drive outcomes — paired with clarity, structured judgment, and calm leadership. Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders, PMO, Engineering, Data, Sales, Operations, Marketing, CX, and Risk — not just to deliver initiatives, but to institutionalize how the company defines, prioritizes, and measures product impact across the full customer lifecycle. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required: list bullet points. Physical Demands: Working in a temperature-controlled office environment. Sitting at a desk for long periods of time while viewing multiple computer screen monitors. Potential lifting of boxes around 5-10lbs. Why FairSquare?: paragraphs. We need to decide which sections to include. Likely: About the role (General Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required), Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Location, Physical Demands, Why FairSquare? Might be many sections but we should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. However we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. All those have content. But we could combine some: e.g., Benefits could include Base Salary Range, Bonus, 401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, growth opportunity. Pay could be separate but maybe we can combine Pay and Benefits? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Pay and Benefits into one "Compensation & Benefits" section. But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They gave examples but we can choose which to include. We could include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Compensation & Benefits (covering Pay and Benefits), Schedule, Location, Physical Demands, Why FairSquare? That's many but maybe okay. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could we merge Location and Schedule into "Work Details"? Not in given headings but we could create custom heading? They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings if we have content for them. But we can also use other headings? Probably they expect us to use those standard headings when applicable. So we should include sections: About the role (General Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required), Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Location? They didn't list Location as example but we could still include maybe under "Location" but not in list. Might be okay to add a heading like "Location". They didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. Safer to include Location as its own heading. Physical Demands maybe not required but we could include under "Working Conditions" but not in list. Could drop if we want fewer sections. But they said preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop Physical Demands if it's substantive. So we need a section for it. Could be "Working Conditions" or "Physical Demands". Use heading "Physical Demands". That's fine. Why FairSquare? maybe "About the Company". Could use "About FairSquare". Not in list but okay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Location, Physical Demands, About FairSquare. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now format: Use

for each heading. Then content: For lists use
  • . For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive info: include department? The department line: "Department: Product, Customer Division Exempt". Should we include that? It's metadata but maybe we can fold into About the role paragraph? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Department is minor metadata; we could include a short

before sections? But they said output ONLY the HTML fragment, no extra markup besides sections. We could include a

at top for department and exempt status. But they said "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph at the beginning with that info. However they also said "Use

    for section headings ... Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So we can have a leading

for department. But they also said "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." So we can output a series of elements. Let's structure:

      Department: Product, Customer Division Exempt.

      Then

      About the role

      General Summary ...

      Then

      Responsibilities

        ...
      Then

      Requirements

        ...
      Then

      Benefits

        ...
(includes Bonus, 401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, growth opportunity) Then

      Pay

Base Salary Range: $139K-190K plus Bonus.

      Then

      Schedule

      Hybrid Schedule 2-3-days onsite/2-3 days remote, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30.

      Then

      Location

Position can work from one of our offices in: San Diego, CA (La Jolla/UTC), Irvine, CA, Atlanta, GA (near Truist Park), or Orlando, FL (Maitland area). Or, we may possibly consider remote candidates, however, we can only hire employees in these 16 US states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.

      Then

      Physical Demands

Working in a temperature-controlled office environment. Sitting at a desk for long periods of time while viewing multiple computer screen monitors. Potential lifting of boxes around 5-10lbs.

      Then

We need to ensure we didn't repeat any boilerplate like EEO. We omitted that. Check that we preserved all substantive info: Department, Exempt, Base Salary Range plus Bonus, Bonus also mentioned in Benefits (but we also have Pay). Might be duplication but okay. We included "Bonus" in Benefits list and also Pay mentions Base Salary Range plus Bonus. That's fine. We included "401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, growth opportunity" in Benefits. We included Hybrid Schedule details. We included Location details. We included Physical Demands. We included About FairSquare (Why FairSquare?). We included About the role (General Summary). We included Responsibilities (list). Need to ensure we captured all responsibilities bullet points. Let's extract responsibilities list from posting: - Lead the development of strategy and roadmap for your assigned growth domain(s), aligned with FairSquare’s product vision and long-term business objectives. - Define lifecycle metrics and initiatives that drive sustainable growth and customer value. - Push the edge of what’s possible with AI for our borrowers, staying ahead of new tools and models as the landscape evolves. - Partner with PMO and Technology to operationalize evaluation frameworks that ensure prioritization reflects measurable business impact and scalability. - Bring a point of view on where AI creates real advantage for borrowers, and where it introduces risk instead. - Anticipate dependencies across initiatives and align stakeholders to balance near-term performance with long-term platform evolution. - Translate business goals into structured, data-informed product hypotheses, plans, and measurable success metrics. - Build alignment across executive, technical, and commercial stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, rationale, and expected outcomes with clarity. - Co-create with functional leaders to establish product plans and ensure new capabilities are fully adopted and integrated into borrower and partner journeys. - Drive a culture of shared accountability — ensuring each initiative is grounded in customer impact and business results. - Foster transparency through structured planning, documentation, and communication. - Serve as a trusted thought partner to Business Unit and Technology leaders, extending Product’s influence beyond feature delivery. - Establish pre-launch success criteria and ensure every initiative begins with a clear definition of impact, aside from defining roadmaps at the epic level. -
