Director of Product and Technology

What You’ll Do

• Lead the company’s product, technology, and AI strategy
• Oversee internal and outsourced engineering teams
• Build scalable systems, infrastructure, and workflows
• Integrate AI and LLMs into products and operations
• Arcitect AI-powered product experiences and agents
• Improve engineering productivity, accountability, and delivery
• Drive platform stability, security, and reliability
• Manage technology vendors, budgets, and risk
• Recruit and develop high-performing technical talent
• Align technology with customer and business outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years leading software engineering or technology teams
• Experience with SaaS platforms or technology-driven companies
• Strong understanding of architecture, infrastructure, scalability, and product development
• Experience implementing AI systems, LLMs, or AI-powered workflows
• Experience managing developers, vendors, and outsourced teams
• Strong operational leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution
