Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategy: Design and execute forward-thinking procurement strategies that directly support our business objectives and operational needs.
- Modernize Systems: Overhaul and improve our procurement systems, tools, and processes to coordinate all functions—from PO processing to delivery arrangements—more effectively.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes to keep our supply chain agile and competitive.
- Build Alliances: Identify, secure, and nurture relationships with premier suppliers to guarantee competitive pricing, top-tier quality, and elite service.
- Negotiate with Impact: Lead contract negotiations and supplier agreements to drive measurable cost savings and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Oversee Operations: Manage the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, including supplier selection, bid evaluations, price updates, and contract administration.
- Own the Budget: Develop and manage procurement budgets and precise forecasting to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
- Measure Success: Implement sharp performance metrics and reporting tools to track procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Inspire the Team: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team that fosters a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Ensure Integrity: Champion compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
