Director of Procurement

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead AI Fire’s enterprise procurement model
• Drive strategic sourcing across major spend categories
• Expand and manage national supplier programs
• Build and lead a growing procurement team
• Own the Source-to-Pay process and integrate procurement into our ERP implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Procurement or supply chain leadership experience
• Strategic sourcing and category management expertise
• Experience with ERP / Source-to-Pay transformations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to scale teams, processes, and supplier relationships

AI Fire is expanding our procurement function to a firm-wide, center-led model and is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead this transformation across the U.S.

This role will oversee more than $220M in direct and indirect spend across our Academy and Impact business segments and Corporate operations—building scalable procurement capabilities that drive value, efficiency, and risk management.
