We handle it all so partners can unlock value faster. The Role We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic pricing leader to own revenue optimization across our rapidly growing portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of data science, strategy, and execution, responsible for driving measurable impact on occupancy, revenue, and profitability. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape pricing decisions at the home, market, and network level. Key Responsibilities Own pricing and revenue optimization strategy for all homes, balancing occupancy, rate, and contribution profitEnhance and scale our machine learning–driven pricing modelDevelop and deploy dynamic pricing logic for lifecycle stages (launch vs. mature), stay lengths, and distribution channelsBuild and maintain pricing and performance dashboards using Python, SQL, and LookerRun elasticity tests, scenario modeling, and pacing analysis to guide decisions with a test-and-learn mindsetIntegrate external data sources (AirDNA, CoStar) into pricing strategiesPartner with Marketing on channel mix and ROAS tradeoffs, ensuring OTA vs. direct pricing alignmentPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence revenue and investment decisions What You’ll Bring 7–10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or data analytics (ideally in hospitality, travel, or other perishable-inventory industries)Hands-on fluency with revenue management systems and multi-property pricing strategiesExperience building or managing algorithmic or ML-based pricing systemsDeep understanding of price elasticity, occupancy forecasting, and RevPAR optimizationStrong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses for executivesHigh bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Nice to Have Experience with OTA pricing or channel management (Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com)Familiarity with CoStar or AirDNA datasetsStrong Python skills (pandas, statsmodels, etc.) for building revenue analytics and modelingAbility to design and interpret statistical tests to balance revenue and conversion outcomesExperience in high-growth startups or tech-enabled real estate What We Offer Competitive compensation + stock optionsComprehensive benefits — Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, Mental Health, Pet, Commuter, FSA or HSA401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePayGenerous PTO policyOpportunities for upward mobility — we want you to grow with us$750 annually in Landing Stays Landing is an equal opportunity employer.
