Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational leadership for practice management functions across all clinics
  • Develops and implements a unified practice management model
  • Creates and maintains standardized operating procedures
  • Leads workflow redesign initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience
  • Maintains compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Supports workforce development and culture
  • Ensures service excellence and patient experience
  • Manages workload distribution and staffing recommendations
  • Fosters a culture of accountability, customer service, and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinic operations and/or practice management in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in FQHC, integrated care, behavioral health, or Medicaid/AHCCCS environments
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations and standardizing workflows
  • Strong knowledge of front-end operations, scheduling, access, and revenue cycle fundamentals
