- Improve portfolio visibility and design KPIs for the Portfolio Management function.
- Track projects through the Execution and Project Management “funnel,” highlighting projects ready to advance to new stages for resource planning.
- Continuously evaluate necessary support‑function activities and sequence de‑risking steps for high‑value projects.
- Support AI enablement throughout Execution & Project Management, including ideation, development, and coordination of AI use cases.
- Interview team members and disseminate AI “light” ideas (e.g., using LLMs for repetitive tasks).
- Maintain the Execution & Program Management AI roadmap.
