Responsibilities
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations.
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Supervise maintenance and EVS (laundry, housekeeping and floor techs).
- Cook up vendor services and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care or facility maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA, and CMS regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
