Director of Philanthropy

About the role

Tall Pines Conservancy is seeking a relationship-centered Director of Philanthropy to strengthen and grow our fundraising program at an important moment in the organization’s history. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Philanthropy will build and deepen relationships with donors and partners, strengthen major and planned giving, and develop the systems and strategies needed for long-term philanthropic success. The position will contribute meaningfully to TPC’s current capital campaign while helping shape the organization’s broader philanthropic vision for the future. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director, Board, Development Committee, and staff to identify and cultivate philanthropic opportunities, develop and steward donor relationships, support annual giving and major gifts, strengthen fundraising systems and practices, and communicate the impact of TPC’s conservation work.
