Director of Pharmacy

The Director of Pharmacy Services directs, supports, and administers the business functions and some clinical functions of SCHHC pharmacy services in collaboration with hospital leadership and other SCHHC personnel. Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure is required.
• Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership Residency plus one (1) year pharmacy operations experience; OR
• Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited residency in pharmacy practice plus two (2) years of pharmacy operations experience; OR
• Three (3) years of pharmacy operations experience required. Two (2) years must have been in operations-focused leadership with direct Pharmacy Administration and Leadership responsibility.
• Advanced operational experience in inventory management and drug wholesaler concerns required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership, hospital and outpatient/retail pharmacy, and 340B experience strongly preferred.
• MBA preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication, and computer proficiency specifically in Microsoft Office and online software.

Pay

• Salary Range: $160,968.00 To $217,780.00 Annually
