• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Oversee employee development, mentoring, performance reviews, and training programs
• Manage the firm's successful intern program
• Support compensation, benefits, and bonus planning
• Champion employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
• Lead community involvement and employee events
• Ensure HR compliance, policies, and best practices
