Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a health-related field, or equivalent RN experience
- Minimum of 5 years of combined organ recovery and/or transplant experience
- Strong knowledge of organ procurement, donor management, and organ preservation
- Three to five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- CPTC certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Critical care and donor management experience
- Experience with strategic planning and organizational leadership
- Experience implementing process improvement initiatives in a healthcare environment
