Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all facility operations including asset and inventory control, shipping/receiving, engineering resources, budgets, and expenses.
  • Direct and coordinate engineering teams, program managers, and project engineers to manage workloads effectively.
  • Develop and oversee program and company-wide schedules with resource allocation for current and future projects.
  • Monitor program schedules, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality results.
  • Communicate development strategies and schedules across all organizational levels.
  • Foster an open, collaborative environment that removes barriers and encourages teamwork.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for complex, high-priority programs.
  • Maintain and enhance ISO-9001 certification and quality standards.
  • Implement and manage a Root-Cause Investigation Program to address and resolve critical issues.
  • Oversee employee development, including recruiting, training, career planning, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Participate in design review and approval meetings.
  • Support special projects and perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in a technical company.
  • 2+ years of facility or office management experience.
  • 4-year degree in an engineering discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with manufacturers' representatives (electronic and mechanical components).
  • 3+ years of experience managing contractors/subcontractors for electronic product manufacturing.
  • Proven technical and business acumen, with budgetary management expertise.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Demonstrated success implementing quality standards (ISO-9001) and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Skilled in negotiation, influencing, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • High cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated, ethical, and goal-driven leader.
