About the role

The Director of Operations at Radius will be instrumental in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of the organization. This role will focus on translating the organization's vision into actionable plans and ensuring smooth execution across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support organizational goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage budgets and financial reporting to align with organizational objectives

• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Experience working in a nonprofit or social impact organization is preferred
