We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from Position Summary?), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Qualifications), maybe Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting includes Position Summary, Essential Functions broken into sub-sections (Operations Leadership, Regional and Site Leadership, Operational Performance and Accountability, Safety and Risk Management, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, Customer Service and Operational Execution, Capacity, Labor and Resource Planning, Financial and Cost Management, Quality and Process Discipline, Organizational and Talent Development, Cross-Functional Leadership). Those are responsibilities. Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections.
We need to use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections that have real content. So we can have About the role (from Position Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (maybe combine Required and Preferred Qualifications? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It seems they expect separate Requirements and Qualifications? Might be ambiguous. Usually Requirements = Required Qualifications, Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications? Or they want both? The list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We'll include both if content exists. So we can have

Thus output:
About the role

Responsibilities
- ... each essential function bullet? We need to preserve all substantive information. The essential functions are grouped into categories with multiple bullet-like sentences. We could make each category as a
- containing the description. Or we could break each sentence into separate
- . The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn the duties into list items. We can treat each essential function heading as a list item with its description. That preserves info. Thus for each essential function category, we create
- containing the heading bold? Not required but we can include the heading as plain text inside li.
We'll need to extract the text under each essential function heading.
Let's parse:

for prose (About the role) and
- for lists.
For Responsibilities, we need a

- . Inside each
- we can have the heading (maybe bold) and then the sentences. Could also break each sentence into separate
- but that would lose grouping. The instruction: "Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". It doesn't forbid nested content inside
- . So we can put paragraphs inside
- . We'll just put the heading as plain text then maybe
or we can keep as sentences. Simplify: each - contains the heading followed by a colon and the list of sentences separated by semicolons? Better to keep as separate sentences within the
- using
tags? Not required but okay. We'll just separate with spaces. We'll produce something like:Responsibilities
