We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to step into the role of Director of Operations. This role will be pivotal in steering the company towards its strategic goals and ensuring that we maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional quality in all our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company's financials, overseeing operations, and reporting directly to the president. This role requires a deep understanding of environmental and landscape construction, as well as commercial construction knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, with a particular emphasis on environmental and landscape construction.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, quality control, and operations management.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and guide teams to achieve their best.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Proficient in construction software programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on a variety of factors.
• Strong commitment to ethical business conduct and compliance with all industry regulations.
