Regional Director of Operations Location: Remote within Nevada Please read before applying This role requires senior operational leadership experience in a labor-intensive service business with a large, geographically distributed frontline workforce. Strong candidates will have directly led multiple branches, markets, or locations with responsibility for:A sizable hourly or frontline workforce deployed at customer locationsRegional P&L performanceLabor management, staffing, scheduling, and service deliveryExecutive client relationships and contract retentionMultiple operational leaders across a broad geography Relevant backgrounds may include contract security, facilities services, janitorial services, staffing, logistics, field services, or another comparable outsourced-services environment. Corporate operations experience alone—particularly in SaaS, software, retail, or another non-field-service business—is not the experience required for this position. The opportunityA leading national provider of security and facility services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead its Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado markets.This executive-level operator will oversee approximately $80 million in annual revenue and a multi-branch organization of roughly 1,000 employees. The Regional Director will own regional performance, profitability, client retention, leadership development, and growth. This is a hands-on field leadership position—not a corporate strategy or headquarters-based operations role. What you’ll ownLead regional Directors, Branch Managers, and operational teams across three statesMaintain full regional P&L accountability, including revenue, labor costs, margins, and forecastingEnsure consistent staffing, scheduling, service quality, and contract executionBuild executive relationships with key clients and protect client retentionIdentify and correct operational or financial performance issuesRecruit, coach, and retain high-performing branch and regional leadersPartner with Business Development on pricing, proposals, presentations, and new opportunitiesGenerate organic growth within existing client relationshipsSupport regional acquisitions and post-acquisition integration when neededTranslate company strategy into measurable regional execution What you’ll bring8–12+ years of progressive operational leadership experienceSignificant multi-location or multi-market leadership experienceDirect ownership of a substantial P&LExperience leading a large, distributed, labor-intensive service workforceStrong command of labor management, client service, and operational profitabilityExecutive-level client relationship and communication skillsA record of developing leaders and improving underperforming operationsBachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related fieldSecurity-services experience is preferred, but highly comparable outsourced-services experience will also be consideredResidence in Arizona, Nevada, or Colorado TravelThis position requires regional travel Tuesday through Thursday each week. Travel will include regular visits to branches, client sites, and other locations throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.
