Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and implement new technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols and participate in safety training programs.
• Contribute to the development and execution of project plans to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in plastics manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of plastics processing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to travel as needed for company projects.
