About the Role

The Director of Operations, under the guidance of the SVP of Operations, will be responsible for continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations.

Location: Corporate Office in Northbrook, IL

Responsibilities

• Define and track KPIs for performance, patient experience, and business team productivity
• Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations
• Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency
• Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• 7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations (ambulatory, urgent care, or outpatient preferred)
• Strong command of compliance, risk mitigation, and field team leadership
• Experience leading managers across regions or states
• Operational mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and scaling processes

Pay

$115,000 - $145,000 based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Full-time, including weekends when needed
