Responsibilities
- Model outstanding service to clients, including superior written, verbal, and other communication skills.
- Identify team member strengths and areas for improvement in leadership and management skills.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal service excellence.
- Interview, hire, and retain top-tier talent in a partnership with human resources to ensure staffing needs are met, turnover is controlled and decreasing year over year, and team members grow throughout the organization.
- On-board all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic business environment while continuing to meet the business needs.
- Train operations team members to perform duties in a timely and accurate manner while auditing work to confirm quality and provide additional training as needed.
- Partner with operating owners and executive leadership to make operational decisions to benefit the dental practice.
- Understand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the multi-unit business within an assigned territory.
- Review operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement corrective action as needed, while creating and executing long-term strategic plans.
- Partner with dedicated corporate departments and executive team members to design sustainable and scalable programs.
- Organize all projects, initiatives, and programs via project charters; share updates at regular and timely meetings while tailoring the message to specific audiences.
- Assess practice needs and strategically plan to make improvements.
- Hold team members accountable for annual training requirements, performance reviews, and other company requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of upper-level management experience; healthcare field preferred.
- Dental office management experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
- Skilled in delegation and remote management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization are required.
- Specialty knowledge, especially in Pediatric Dentistry, preferred.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Pay
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The position is remote and requires overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
