Position Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Safety, and Quality to enhance delivery and increase efficiencies to reduce cost.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects with the operations team.
• Improve on established corporate metrics related to product quality acceptance at test and inspection, and on-time customer deliveries.
• Take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain a manufacturing environment that consistently meets the product and facility requirements for ISO900 and AS9100 standards.
• Perform regular physical assessments of the facility and identify areas for process improvement.
• Aid and support Program Management and Engineering in new product introduction.
• Coordinate the Manufacturing Engineers to ensure accurate item configuration.
• Manage the manufacturing schedule and resources to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and coordinate manufacturing activities between the Sechan site locations.
• Support the bid and proposal processes by gaining an understanding of the proposal requirements and effectively managing labor estimates.
• Serve on the management team as a trusted advisor and partner with the Executive team to develop and meet the company's mission and strategic goals.
• Ensure that the operations functions are in alignment with the plan.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive product integration management experience in a high reliability manufacturing environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
