Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the direction of business and ensure adhesion to the brand and long range goals to continue to drive revenue growth.
- Guides and supports each department for optimum coordination and collaboration.
- Keep the physical building in good working condition and compliance.
- Ensure the business stays in compliance with all regulatory entities.
- Sales & Marketing
- Understand the macro and micro issues that impact business volume.
- Initiate sales and marketing campaigns to support brand and revenue growth.
- Provide regular guidance to the event sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure sales and marketing teams are working collaboratively with food and beverage teams to execute campaigns.
- Propose and execute operational changes to drive profits.
- Direction of Work
- Maintain regular meetings with departments and ownership.
- Oversee human resource systems and processes.
- Audit systems and platforms to ensure good working order and team execution.
- Provide ongoing support & training for all management.
- Ensures that the quality of product and service is up to par at all times.
- Financials
- Manage cash flow by forecasting for capital purchases and business operating needs.
- Provide all necessary information to the accounting team for tax filling and reporting.
- Review period end reports to identify areas for improvement for each department.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports for ownership and management.
- synthesize this information to make informed operational decisions
- Building Management
- Cook the physical building in good repair at all times.
- Ensures that each department has adequate supplies and equipment, using systems to prevent loss, damage and breakage.
- Address short term and long term maintenance issues.
- Ensures the ambiance of the hall is up to par at all times.
- Compliance
- Provide any needed information to the accounting team for insurance and benefit compliance.
- Ensure required inspections happen and address any infractions.
- Address any employment related claims.
- Renew all licenses and insurance policies.
- Onsite Work
- 40 to 50 hours per week.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00 - $120,000.00)
