Responsibilities

• Oversee property management operations across a multifamily portfolio, ensuring strong operational performance, service delivery, and financial results.
• Partner with executive leadership and finance to develop budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive revenue and expense goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional and onsite teams while establishing clear expectations, accountability, and leadership growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with operational priorities and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiencies while maintaining high standards for customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations or property management at the director level or above.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations.
