Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
• Lead and inspire a talented team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations.
• Drive revenue growth and elevate the property to new heights.
• Manage each department in accordance with employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction.
• Handle cash and communicate effectively with the public and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of management experience in a full-service hotel in rooms division or related discipline.
• Time management and negotiation skills.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
