On-siteManagement$185k–$220k/yrFull-time

This is a multi-facility foundry operation with a national footprint and a history of steady growth through acquisition. The Foundry group runs around the clock across four shifts, and leadership has built a reputation for moving fast on hiring decisions rather than dragging strong candidates through a long process.

Why join us?

This is a director-level seat with real scope—close to sixty hourly employees across four shifts report under this role. Compensation is structured to reward foundry leadership specifically, with a strong base plus a meaningful annual bonus. Relocation support is available for the right candidate. The interview process is short by design: an initial conversation with the general manager, a follow-up with the vice president, and a final round with leadership for the right fit.
