Role & ResponsibilitiesHAUS is hiring our first Director of Operations to run the systems, people operations, finance, and internal infrastructure that let a 40-person creative services agency scale without losing what makes it special. You'll report directly to the CEO and sit on the agency's leadership team alongside our VPs of PR, Creative, Marketing, and Studio. This role was designed for an experienced operator who knows what a well-run professional services firm looks like from the inside and takes pride in building operations that other people love working within. You can push back on the CEO when the right answer is no, and do it in a way that strengthens the working relationship. You'll own the operating system that lets HAUS grow: the people, finance, tools, cadence, and standards that keep the agency legible to itself. You'll partner with agency leadership on strategic decisions about how we grow, and you'll be one of a handful of people trusted to run the firm day to day.
