About the role

You will be critical in advancing and growing our global iGaming operations, promoting operational maturity, and embedding a culture of excellence. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to impact the company’s mission, culture, and success by ensuring seamless delivery management and effective partnership across multiple teams and departments. • Leader dedicated to making improvements with a strong inclination toward action and results.
  • Strong systems thinker—able to build for scale, not just solve for today.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused, with strong business insight.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through change.
