Director of Operations

The Role

As Director of Operations you will lead a large multi‑unit region across Virginia, partnering with Area Directors and field leaders to drive performance across operations, people, and profitability.

• Analyze financials, KPIs, and operating reports to drive action and execute business plans that consistently hit or exceed goals.

• Talent developer: coach and develop Area Directors and multi‑unit leaders; build strong bench strength and succession plans; identify and grow high‑potential talent; hold leaders accountable while investing in their development.
• Strategic planner: build and execute annual business plans and budgets; forecast performance and proactively adjust strategy; identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and market expansion; balance short‑term results with long‑term business success.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of multi‑unit leadership experience (QSR strongly preferred).
• Experience leading 30+ locations with multiple direct reports.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to drive results through others.
• A leader who brings grit, urgency, and accountability.
