About the role

Fulfilled by Crowd Cow runs full-stack DTC services for perishable brands: procurement, inventory management and forecasting, fulfillment, marketplace and customer care. We operate a brand's e-commerce business end to end, so its founders can scale the brand, and we get them in stock nationally in 30 days or faster. We rebuilt Crowd Cow entirely AI-native this year and are scaling the DTC services multi-fold over the next year. We are building and scaling like a startup, backed by over a decade and millions of orders of cold-chain expertise. As Director of Operations, you'll set the strategy for everything that happens after an order is placed: our fulfillment centers, our transportation network, customer care, and the performance of every 3PL brand we fulfill.
