Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Facility Solutions Managers and operational personnel
- Maintain client retention rates exceeding 90%
- Oversee service delivery operations across the market
- Manage operational budgets and departmental expenses
- Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and growth objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent contractors and vendors
- Partner with the sales team to support growth and cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in all major new client starts and oversee successful onboarding
- Spend at least 50% of time in the field with clients, employees, and contractors
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of operations leadership experience
- 10+ years of team management experience
- Experience managing customer-facing service operations
- Strong financial and budget management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- PREFERRED: Facility services, commercial maintenance, janitorial, or property management experience
- Experience managing independent contractor relationships
