Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role oversees daily operational activities, ensuring processes, systems, and workflows run efficiently across the organization. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. The Director will lead and develop cross-functional teams, coordinate with client-facing staff, and support high-quality service delivery to professionals and employers. This position also involves improving customer experience, implementing operational best practices, and partnering with leadership to drive continuous improvement and scalable growth. Qualifications Strong Operations Management skills, including process improvement and workflow optimization.Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, reporting on performance, and supporting strategic decisions.Team Management experience, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in Budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning.Customer Service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Experience in professional services, recruiting, or career coaching environments is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
