Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight across core business operations and functional teamsDevelop and execute plans to improve productivity, efficiency, profitability, and service deliveryEstablish clear performance expectations and monitor operational KPIsPartner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and business prioritiesReview existing processes, workflows, and SOPs to identify opportunities for improvementLead managers and team members while promoting accountability, professional development, and strong performanceUse operational and financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas of opportunityCoordinate initiatives across departments including sales, finance, customer service, technology, and administrationEvaluate and implement systems, technology, and process improvements that support scalabilityManage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining focus on organizational objectivesIdentify opportunities to improve operating margins and overall business performanceCommunicate operational results, challenges, and recommendations to executive leadership What We're Looking For 8+ years of progressive operations, management, or business leadership experiencePrevious experience leading teams at the senior manager, director, or comparable levelDemonstrated success improving business processes and operational performanceStrong understanding of budgets, financial metrics, KPIs, and performance reportingExperience managing and developing high-performing teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesComfortable working with technology, business systems, and dataAbility to balance strategic priorities with hands-on executionStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience Placement Note Specific responsibilities, scope, and compensation vary based on company size, industry, and location.
