About the role
The Director of Operations is a full-time, hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role oversees daily operational activities, ensuring processes, systems, and workflows run efficiently across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and monitor performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with client-facing staff and support high-quality service delivery to professionals and employers
- Improve customer experience and implement operational best practices
- Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and scalable growth
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including process improvement and workflow optimization
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, reporting on performance, and supporting strategic decisions
- Team Management experience, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning
- Customer Service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in professional services, recruiting, or career coaching environments is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
