Director of Operations and Sales - Southwest Orlando, FL

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed.
• Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

Base salary ($80,000) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share.
