Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve productivity, resource utilization, and cost effectiveness.
- Facilitate continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Develop and implement standardized processes, operating rhythms, and best practices that drive consistency and scalability.
Partner with Operators to Lead Change
- Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solving partner to operational leaders across markets and business units.
- Provide coaching and facilitation to help leaders close performance gaps and improve outcomes.
- Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working through effective change management.
- Build relationships and influence change without direct authority, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Measure & Manage Performance
- Develop and maintain operational metrics, scorecards, and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support business reviews and track improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable results, presenting findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, operational excellence, business transformation, consulting, performance improvement, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading operational improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience partnering with operational leaders in a multi-site or distributed operating environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- PREFERRED:
- Master's degree (MBA or related advanced degree).
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, or private equity-backed organizations.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and performance improvement programs.
- Experience developing operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance management systems.
